Annona Day Spa
Disgusting experience

We booked a full day spa package at Annona. What a terrible experience! Just some of the issues we experienced:
1. No locker for our clothes, were told to place our clothes on a dirty desk in a very messy and dirty office.
2. Therapists ill and constantly sniffing, don't look very happy to be working there.
3. We booked a full day package and after two treatment our clothes were brought to us, apparently they consfused us with another couple.4. Dual treatment room but uncomfortably small.
5. No place to hang bathrobes so they were placed in a wet basin. When we asked for another we were told "if I give you another robe it will be a dirty one" so my friend walked around with a wet robe all day.
6. Therapists hands felt like sandpaper and she burnt me with a hot stone.7. The same cloth that was used for our body polish was then used to clean the floor.
8. Stale muffins, tiny lunch and dirty glasses.9. Basin blocked in the guest bathroom.10. Our second set of therapists were the same ladies that were seen working in the kitchen and mopping floors.11. Terrible Indian Head massage given with us laying flat on our backs on a massage bed hence the back of our heads not even touched
