TERRIBLE service at EXTREME price

I had blood tests done through my docter and I belief R2815.20 for three tubes blood is a rip off. When I questioned the bill the response was more a response of we can than anything else. my last communication was approximately 3 weeks ago with the accounts department and I indicated I will pay the bill although it is the same as buying 50ml cough mixture for R200.00 the result is the same it stays a rip off. Nevermind my communication today I receive a threatening letter that I did not communicate with them at all and will now be handed over to external collections agency with extra costs. This should actually be investigated by the medical board.
