Confused, incompetent call centre! Rubbish Service

I have tried to extend my mother's membership since my dad passed away in November and this has still not been processed! Almost 2 months later. i have filled in numerous forms as per the call centre's request for them to tell me everytime I need to fill in more forms with the forms not being processed. I have to wait 48 hours they say... everytime a new form gets filled in I wait another 48 hours. Who will be responsible then if we need medical cover and payments need to be made? No one asked them to cancel the medical aid in the first place and it has taken over 2 months to process forms! This is pathetic! How do 3 call centre agents fail to give me the correct forms to complete? I am merely requesting confirmation of cover for an existing member who's membership has been cancelled with no warning!
