I am absolutely SHOCKED at the way we were treated by 95 Keerom. I booked a table for my mother's birthday on 24 May. We arrived to be told we had to order a minimum of 2 courses per person. NOWHERE on your website does it communicate this, and I was not told on the phone. Your menu is expensive, and this pushed the cost of our meal up to a lot more than expected.

Yes, our pasta starters were good, but my pork main (and my mother's) was indifferent (to unpleasant) and I barely touched it. When we told the hostess this, she brushed off the comment saying that "it's your best dish".

Your card machine was broken on the night, so you took our credit card details to manually put the transaction through. I then wrote a long letter expressing my unhappiness with the meal, to which no one replied. As the card transaction was not processed for 3 MONTHS- I assumed this was an indication of your receiving my letter of complaint.

3 months later and my mother received an off-hand email saying that they noticed the transaction hadn't gone through, and they were to deduct the amount now. After calling to complain, she was told that the GM would call he
