SPEEDPOINT MACHINES FAIL TO TRANSACT

I have had an ongoing problem with Speedpoint machines. The machine reboots without any notice. The machine cannot read a customers card, resulting in having to continuously unplugging the machine to work..The machine also reboots while the card transaction is being processed. The customer then receives an SMS to advise that the transaction has been processed. However when you try to reprint the transaction this transaction has not been processed. The customer then refuses to allow us to process the transaction again. The funds are taken from the customers account and is then reversed a few days later as the transaction failed to be finalised. This now means that before the customer is prepared to utilise their card again they wait for the funds to be reversed. I have had this speedpoint machine replaced around 5 times in the last 2 months. As a small business I cannot afford to not offer a speedpoint service, and worst of all I am having to wait 1-2 weeks before the customer reimburses me.
