Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Pay until you are sick!

I pay Fedhealth to manage my medical aid. Sadly they have the attitude of taking my money and then making me responsible for medical coding in order for them to pay the account. They reject accounts when they should be paying them because the ICD code is incorrect and make me responsible for payment. Then thay have the cheek to say I owe them money because I left the scheme and my savings were used up. I have had this problem with fedhealth for over 4 years! I hope they loose tons of business for the absolute arrogance.
