I am disgusted by Discovery health!!

Hi there,

I changed jobs and I owed discovery R162 since I joined another medical aid company. Discovery, listed me on ITC for the default of R162 and I paid the amount and my credit profile was not updated. I followed up with them and I have lost count of the number of people I spoke to who told me my credit profile will be updated. Eventually got a letter saying they have received the money and will update my credit profile. Now its 7 months later and my credit profile still reflects the default as unpaid. 7 months later. I am very disapointted and disgusted and want nothing to do with this company ever again!!!
