5 month - no reimbursement!

My husband and I went to dentist in December 2012. We had to pay Dr ourselves and sent our claims to Discovery to get reimbursed. Discovery only reimbursed us partially saying that part of our claim is a duplicate and we won't get reimbursed twice. For the past 5 month we've spoken to probably 20 different consultants explaining that it's NOT a duplicate, that the same work has been done on different teeth for me and my husband. Every time the consultant would agree with us and would promise to escalate the issue with Claims dept and to reimburse us. But to date nothing has happened. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! ALl we want is to get our money back (even if it's at Discovery rate). We are not even asking for the money wasted on all the phone calls and e-mails :(
