Nonhlanhla kept her promise that a confirmation letter which I required would be emailed to me within 15 minutes. Previously I had had negative experiences with such promises, with promised emails never arriving. this one arrived on time as promised, and contained all relevant information as requested.

Nonhlanhla had a great attitude, she was helpful, courteous and did the extra checking on the system to confirm the information I needed.
