TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR SIMPLE CHANGE IN PREMIUM

I request deduction in policy contribution on 13th June, this was signed and submitted. This was not followed up by anybody.

I was deducted the original premium on 25th of June after I was assured I wouldn't be. I then have followed up since then to clarify why I was deducted original premium.

Then on the 1st of July I was deducted new premium without notice or refund of the incorrect deductions on 25th of June. Still I had to follow up myself.

on Monday I called to find out on the refund and its progress, I was told it was completed and will be in my account within 48hours. TODAY 48hours later NOTHING!!! I called in again and no one could help!

I am really disgusted by this service received.
