I emailed Janet Behari twice and called her long distance twice - of course, there have been no replies!!
Janet was helpful in pushing the marketing brochure but where is she or the sales agent when I needed clarification? Is this to do business, shove a brochure to the customer, let them muddle through and choose an unsuitable plan and then it's 'oh well, you've already chosen the plan and IF you need to change - you would need to PAY'. Again, as a customer based company, your agents are great at pushing paper - there's NO customer service involved!!! it is sickening!!!
