No response after 2 weeks?

I called numerous times and went online to request that an agent contact me regarding adding savings to an existing medical plan, that was 2 weeks ago. I talked to the sales department which took my details but no agent has called me back. Does Momentum do so much other business that they don't care about existing customers?? Plus calling Momentum is on a shared called basis - I'm paying to try to give THEM business - what's wrong with that picture???
