Medshield
Claim submitted a month ago -still not resolved

What I fail to understand is why has it taken so long for Medshield to pay out a claim that was submitted on 4 March - still not paid out. One agent tells me it take a max of 7 days and another 30 days?

It is an absolute nightmare to deal with Medshield on any level. Very poor service
