As stated/promised in your feedback on 12.7.13, that the claim has been processed again and the provider will be paid. NOTE- that the provider has still not being paid and requesting payment thereof. All diagnosis codes (ICD10) are correct and all relevant documents have been sent to Medshield, numerously. Medshield still refuses to pay at cost although it is PMB related and why every time we have to make a scene to get the PMB claims paid in full.
This is unacceptable and as per legislation this claim should be processed and paid to the provider at cost!
In the mean time my Mom is getting the bad name and classified as a bad payer.
Are you politely advising my mom that you don't need her contributions and to go elsewhere???
