I'm extremely unhappy client, and I'm going to make Medshield life.

I phone on Monday (15-07-2013) to get authorisation for my twins to get there tonsil removed.
We gave all the information that was required and they told me that they will send me an SMS with the authorisation code.

Tuesday (16-07-2013), I phoned medshield again, asking why I never received an SMS witht the authorisation code, They first told me that the SMS system was down (so then you phone your clients), and then they told me it is still pending as I need to give them the GP information as they need to get confirmation that my kids are sick and had this problem before.

They went for point one to a SPECIALIST and he is the one that advice me, that my twins tonsils needs to be removed.

Wednesday (17-07-2013) I phone medshield again, to ask did they receive anything yet from the doctor. They said they fax it through on Tuesday. I phone the GP, they haven't received anything.
Phone Medshield again, and then they only phone the doctor to find out if they received the information.

Then the lady tells me after they received the documentation, they will decide if the operation is necessary or not.
