I am unhappy that I have to call more than 3 times to get assistance from your call centre and be told the same story each time.
I have debt collectors calling me everyday due to an error in processing by Bankmed while I was in hospital in 2012. On 24/25 July I spoke to a Vuyokazi who assured me it will be reprocessed correctly within 5 working days. on 8 August I spoke to Noxolo who also told me it is being reprocessed and will be paid on the 16 August, today, 20 August I have spoken to Noxolo who tells me that the query is still awaiting management approval - she put me through to Vuyokazi again who told me hopefully it will be paid by 30 August. What circus is this.
What this service consultants are failing to understand which I continuously explain is that this debt collectors are threatening to take me to the Credit Bureau and Attorneys and each time they call me, they increase the supposed amount I owe to them... because of an error by Bankmed.
As a member on this medical aid, who religiously pays the membership fee I am unhappy with the work ethic and uncompassionate behavour of the staff. I am disgusted by being part of this medical aid.
