Incorrect information/ No response

I have been in contact with Discovery for the last 2 weeeks and every day I get a different answer from the consultants. Then the clinic is on the Delta network then it is not. Then i will be fully covered for my operation then i will only be covered half. I have asked the consultant to get their manager or supervisor to give me a call and have sent an email and I am still waiting.

My operation is on Friday and I still dont have the details I require. I keep getting told to send an email but I get no response.

I have never experierence such bad service in my life!!!
