NO response on claims since 26 July 2013

To whom it may concern,

I have sent 4 emails and 2 telephonic calls - whomever I spoke to telephonically on both occasions was unhelpful and couldn't access claims emails...

The only departments that have replied to part of the claim was Dental and Optical - but still 2 claims outstanding: Pediatrician and Audiologist.

Your website is also not loading and my computer advises that your site has a Virus on it - a malware virus call a Trojan Horse - this collects data from persons that access your site in the background.

I would suggest you contact your IT/ Web developer.

So basically - claims are delayed, telephonic calls are impractical, your website has been breached and
only response I seem to get is through Hello Peter.
