Utterly USELESS Momentum Health... yet again!

I have already emailed you at Momentum Health and very clearly explained the situation, and included copies of the statements you are sending that are of concern to me, but as ALWAYS your incompetent staff can not understand the simplest little thing. I am overseas for 3 months and arranged an advance on my Epilim which is delivered by Atlas Pharmacy, the 180 epilim tablets have been billed and payed for, but either Atlas is mistakenly trying to bill them a second time, or in all liklihood, given your pathetic track record, you are duplicating the transaction as every few days i get sent a 'claims process notification' telling me a claim has been rejected with an error code 292. I have received more than 5 of these and every time i email and ask you to please stop trying to duplicate the transaction and to stop ruining my holiday by sending me these rejected claims over and over, but all i get is a stupid reply by your useless staff that clearly indicates they can not even understand the situation. So please get it through your heads and fix the problem, the epilim HAS BEEN PAYED FOR so stop tying to duplicate the transaction and sending me rejected claims! PLEASE FIX IT!!!
