It is so unfortunte that the industry we are in, we depend on doctors to complete information for clients' policies to be issued. I have dealt with Dr Acquisto/Snyman's receptionists from the 18/07/2013 and from the get go, they just seemed to not to want to do their job. They are not doing me a favour by doing their job, which they clearly do not know how to do. They indicate that they faxed a client's questionnaire to a fax number they did not receive from us, we clearly stated the fax number to be used, and they go and fax a document to a fax number that has nothing to do with client at all. Only to find that that fax they say was faxed by themselves was not received by any department, and they still have the bad attitude as if they are doing me a favour. their duties need to be ironed out so they are aware of what they are being paid for, and literacy training is definitely something they would require as well for future purposes. We still await a document requested on the 18/07/2013 and to date, they say they will fax such document when they have time. I guess it depends who you are when talking to these rude receptionists that seem to have no experience whatsoever.
