Incredible Service

There was a family emergency, and as you know, this is a moment of great panic. We called emergency services, and the original people were not helpful at all.

Giles came up out of the blue and asked if we needed help, in which we had obliged. I was very impressed with his manner, and calmness towards the situation, it helped dispel the anxiousness that everybody had.

I cannot express my incredible gratitude towards Giles, and he should be commended and rewarded for his professionalism and service, he went above the expected levels of service, and is definitely an asset to the Netcare Family.
