I've had to claim for my vehilce for the first time in my life. The staff at the virgin insurance call centre were extremely helpful. You always hear about the absolute nightmare involved in claiming from any insurance, but in all honestly, this was a no hassle, no paperwork, no worry process. Excellent service all round, which is not something you hear very often now days. Thank you so much.
