Wife in car accident and do not want to help

My Wife was in a car accident and had a head injury and bad shoulder injury, she also sustained some chest injuries to. we went to the emergency room and was sent for Xrays, they did not want to help her because of a outstanding account from a injury I had. She is in excruciating pain and struggling to breath. they want me to pay cash but I don't have that kind off money, that's why I pay a Medical Aid every month. this could be a lethal injury and I do not no where to go to as all the hospitals in the area are all Netcare Hospitals. I do not go to public hospitals for obvious reasons... the people at the Radiology office treated me like a criminal and embarrassed us in front of everybody, and had no remorse for my wife. I think them being a medical institute and should be there to help people and not show badly injured people away. My Medical aid covers all emergency procedures and in hospital cover. So Netcare Hospitals!!!
