Claims not paid

I had an operation done in may. I then discovered issues again with my health where i had to go see a gynecology immediately. i called discovery for authorisation and they told me that it will only be done in 2 weeks after letter received. i had to go to the Dr and pay cash. I then again had emergency and i went to the gyne and discovery didnt pay the claims because they said i didnt have any aouthorisation, thinking if i am not feeling well in a day i have to wait for me to die 1st before i can get authorisation so my medical aid to pay.

i have now received letter that claims where not paid.

i would like to know if discovery will pay me back for visiting the Dr because they cant pay my claims though im paying my medical aid monthly.
