Wrongly billed AGAIN

I was in a hospital for 2 weeks this month and while some of my bills went through my hospital benefit many others went from my MSA. I had kidney stones removal 2 times and the second time Discovery again tried to ask for co payment. This is in the PMB and can not be charged for continuing the same procedure, as the last 5 times I had to deal with Discovery to remove this co-payment. Also when did Discovery started charging Medicine to take home from the MSA?
And the worst part to day was finding out that for an item bought R20 cash in the pharmacy, Discovery would've charged me x4.5 times the price or R90 from MY savings... So basically I pay it fully and give discovery lots of money FOR? I don't have ANY bills out of hospital this month, my savings account was R5900, today is R1400.
