Declined hospital authorisation

I went to the centurion walk in centre to request hospital authorisation to do a lessure for Dermatosis Populosa Nigra. The dermatologist tried removing them in his rooms but it was too painful and he opted for theatre as there are many of them and growing in sizes. I was surprised when I was told that I have to wait for them to be 2cm in sizes and this things are on my face. Could you imagine how big is the size and one have to walk with those things growing on the face waiting for them to be 2cm? I then faxed the letter through to the authorisation department and it was declined. But to my surprise is that for some patients using the same medical aid as me theirs was approved. Am not happy at all as this irritates me especially in winter as they get itchy and growing. I am even thinking of cancelling my membership as I am paying R2063 every month but am not getting any service.
