DECLINED AUTHORISATION

Requested authorisation to have lipoma removed from left foot.
This growth as progressively got bigger every year for the past six years and now is painful especially in winter shoes.
We pay expensive fees on Classic Comprehensive only to have authorisation declined.
I find this extremely unfair!
