Unwarranted order changes

I ordered 3000 tablet vials from the East London branch of Alpha Pharm to be sent to the Port Elizabeth branch so that I could pick it up from there. Today I sent an employee to pick them up only to find they had only sent 500. I called the East London branch to find out why they hadn't sent the full order of 3000 vials. Phillip informed me that Vanessa from the PE branch had emailed them and changed the order to 500. No one contacted me to authorize the change, so there was no reason for Vanessa to change my order. I had to place a second order to fix the unwarranted changes Vanessa made. This is not the first time Alpha Pharm has messed up my orders. Exceptionally poor service from this company.
