Worst medical aid and customer care

Repeatedly being sending an affidavit for my dependant to be reinstated in the medical aid, since June till today the matter hasnt been attended to. as a member i am only allowed to speak to the call centre agents who are not assisting at all, i cannot get through to the membership department. someone please tell me why do we recieve such poor service from GEMS.
