On 21st November i went into this branch to change my account. I sat with Thobogo for 1.5 hours changing my debit orders. After this date i came into the branch 6 times to check if everything had been done and she reassured me that everything was in order. I was notified that my DSTV debit order was returned and i went back to the branch to find out (7th time). She was not there and i dealt with Donald who looked on the system and i discovered that nothing had been done. She did assure me that she had notified each company connected to my debit order. He spent 2 hours with me phoning each company to change my debited orders which he sorted out. I confronted her today (8th time) and she said she sent emails. No apology or reason why nothing had been done. In January i will be moving my account to FNB
