Very Poor Workmanship

I purchased a 3-piece lounge suite from East Gate Mall. I was told I would need to order and paid a deposit. Manufacturing would be 6 weeks and then they would arrange delivery to East London via one of their branches.
I was informed that the lounge suite was ready and I should pay the balance which I did. When delivery had to happen there was a lot of unprofessional service as I now had to deal with a recently opened branch in East London as the delivery was sent to them to dispatch to me. The service and feedback at this store was very poor, even arranging a simple delivery time proved to be a challenge.
I had bought this for my parents and after a day or two they noticed some very bad workmanship and I immediately notified the East Gate branch and the East Gate branch. The lady at east gate was very understanding and promised to ask the EL branch to send someone to take a look. Which never happened. I decide that I would much rather cancel the order and get refunded. Many times I have been told that the refund will be processed but they first need to pick up the damaged unit. This still has not been done. How should your branches inability to arrange a collection be my problem.
