DON'T OFFER A SERVICE YOU DON'T/WON'T PROVIDE

I have complained previously about the East London Scooters not having anyone available to deliver. Their solution for dealing with this was to phone me - unsatisfactory phone and then to sms that the matter was now resolved - really? To me a resolution is to provide the service that is advertised - not make excuses. I have now phoned Scooters this evening only to be told "you are out of our delivery area" - I'm actually very close to the branch. Previously this sentence would be followed by "so we can't guarantee you will receive your order within 39mins". I'm about 5min away - 10min during "peak" hour. Anyway this time I was told the out of our delivery area story, followed by "I'll give you the number for Mr Delivery". This will be the last time I personally place an order with Scooters East London and I will be ordering from Panerottis or Debonairs. The B and B that I stay at will also be removing the Scooters pamphlets as they don't want their other guests to receive the same treatment. Finally, if I had wanted to order from Mr Delivery I would have ordered from them.
