Unsure why I pay R 3 500 a month??

I submitted my first claim on 12 July. I made a follow up call on 13 July to which the consultant informed me, they are unable to see any claim submissions. I resubmitted the claim on 13 July. I made a follow up call on 15 July to which the consultant informed me, they are unable to see any claim submissions.

I resubmitted the claim on 15 July and submitted a 2nd claim the same day. I made a follow up call on 16 July to which the consultant informed me, they are unable to see any claim submissions. I resubmitted both claims on 16 July. I made a follow up call on 17 July to which the consultant informed me, they are unable to see any claim submissions.

I then resubmitted the 1st and 2nd claim for the 5th time on the 17th. It has now been e-mailed (4) times and submitted on your website on 2 occasions.

Can you please tell me exactly why I pay you R 3500.00 a month for this type of service? Then your customer care consultant responds to my complaint with: "The attached claims were received 3 times on 17 July 2013 for the first time in the Scheme and have been sent for processing. The outcome of the transaction will reflect on your future summarized statement."
