On ITC due to negligence

On the 9th of October Preshantie Jimmie sent my documents to take over the Medical Aid into my personal capacity to Discovery Health. She received the requirements which were never sent to me therefore when I left Discovery on the 31st of October the Medical Aid was cancelled. In December I emailed Discovery Health to query on cancelling the Medical Aid, they advised it was already cancelled as at 31/09/2012 however they did not advise anything was in arrears. I am in the process of applying for a Vehicle and was decline as Discovery Health put me on ITC which I was unaware of. When querying they advised that they used the details on the internal employee system which were outdated to send notifications. I have paid the arrears amount of R449.96 to the Attorney's this morning, if I had been advised in December when I emailed Discovery I would've paid the amount, now I am inconvenienced by the ITC Listing which I want to be removed with immediate effect and a formal appology to be given to me to submit to WesBank in order for the Finance for the vehicle to go through without a problem.

I'm disgusted by this especially from such a reputable company.
