I joined Discovery in on the 1 June 2013. I went to the the doctor on the 25 April 2013 because of another issue I had which is NOT related tot the current issue. In short it took discovery 1 weeks to get back to me and just give me a go ahead on a small checkup I had to do. I eventually decided to just pay cash for the procedure as they just didn't give me any feedback. Then about 4 days into the authorisation process they notified me that they could not debit my acc and my membership was suspended. NO ONE CONTACTED ME and made me aware of a problem... now that I needed auth this came out... a lady called me and told me that discovery declined the auth and that they will be suspending my account immediately. I've paid for the month you can't do that and I requested a full report so I can see how de they got to this reason not to pay me. Well needless to say to date I have not heard ANYTHING from them. PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! your services... well not that you have any services. False advertising = Discovery - apparently they care... yeah only about themselves.
