On the 25 Jan '14 my husband and I took 15 friends to Leriba Lodge for dinner. We paid them R3000 for food that was uneatable!!! We had cocktails as an welcoming drink for all. Our disappointment started when the main course of rib eye arrive an the meat was over cooked and very tough to eat. We didn't complaint as one of the guest returned his meat as he requested it medium rear - it came back over cooked again. They over charged us on our drinks bill with a lot of drinks that wasn't for us. They also charged us R68 for 7 tequila steel cocktails instead of R40 which is on their menu, they didn't even answer why this happened. Monday I forward a email to the MD Charlene Upton by Wednesday no answer, when I called to request the owners details the secretary said she just want to make sure that Charlene did get my mail. She promptly phoned me back and apologised, when I asked her why Charlene didn't respond or even call me she could not answer me. On Friday I received feedback from Charlene where she tried to apologise but in the end blame us the customers for all that went wrong!!! IF WE CAN GIVE YOU ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM LERIBA LODGE THEIR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!
