Its been a full week since my complaint about Bonitas.

They replied very quickly on Hello peter and got someone to call me. Since then there has been no feedback. Absolutely nothing. All I've been told is that management will look at it! Who takes a week to make a decision.

The agent assigned to me: Shuaid - 011 671 4280. Has committed to calling me back twice but has not. Even when I call him myself, he has no feedback

My premiums are always up to date, I hardly ever claim but the one time I need help the company does nothing. I plan on cancelling my Bonitas medical aid as soon as my wife's refund is sorted. Very very disappointed in the company.
