Three families booked to go to My Cascades at Club Mykonos during the July school holidays.

Joanne Bester in reservations has a bad attitude.

She forgot to book one of the families - her excuse was that she needed more documents (even after she emailed "booking received"). She offered no apologies and acted indignantly. Basically nothing is her problem or fault and she is prepared to do nothing to assist. It was a terrible experience to try and extend a booking for the other family - it felt like a huge inconvenience for her - even though I was the one being messed around!

Get some Customer Care training (basic skills of listening to dispel tension, then try to assist) - she was too busy playing victim.

Management did respond by covering up her bad attitude with "accidentally overlooked, reception was misinformed."

Michelle at Club Mykonos reservations - was terrific, even though none of the mess was her doing, she was apologetic for my experience and made a plan to assist with the family that was not booked (Amazing that she could make a plan and Joanne could not?!?!). Unfortunately it was too late. Family booked at Cederberg.
