Club Mykonos
Contract still not cancelled!!!

September last year my 82 year old mother cancelled her contract with clubmykonos however she is still being billed. Now i have been told that this was with Flexi club leisure and not club mykonos. What is the difference and how does she cancel this entire thing as she is wheelchair bound and cannot afford the premiums/Levy fees as she is dependent on her pension.
