Cannot use 2 vouchers

So my husband and I went on a weeks holiday to Club Mykonos which we really enjoyed. When we were their a guy came up to us and said our room number won some prize we need to go to the Flexi Club office for an our, we went and spent more than an hour and to top it all my 6 month old baby was becoming very cranky. My husband then joined (but cancelled after words bad service) we struggled to get our deposit back and they kept deducting. We eventually got our money back. Besides that we received 2 vouchers (both 2 nights), we then asked Leonard Adams if we can use the vouchers at once he said yes, we told him we will book a full week and he was going on and on about yes you can book any time, just call or email the lady on the voucher. I called the lady and she politely tells me we cannot use the vouchers together we have to use 1 now and 1 some other month. we cannot afford to drive up and down just 4 two nights. She then says we can use the 4 nights only at Knysna Chalets which is a 5 hour drive and we can only get a booking in April! We want t o go back to club Mykonos but we are now told we can only go with 1 voucher, seriously Mykonos is just as far!
