Still waiting for reply on my booking

I contacted Golf Resorts Club reservations and spoke to Ashna to make a booking on the 5th of March 2013. She promised me that she will get back to me. I am still waiting for her reply. I did phone the reservations on Monday the 11th of March and asked to speak to Ashna but she was not availble and I left a massage with Chenelle. Still I'm waiting reply from both of them regarding my booking. I am a new paid member at the club and still need to make a succsesfull reservation and enjoy my hard earn cash that was paid to them.
