Cant make a weekend booking

Being a member for many years I phoned today to try and make a booking or this weekend. Being told... sorryyou, cant make a weekend booking in school holidays, only a week. We are working people that cant take leave anytime, only when the work allowed it. Wish I can get rid of my points!
