I am so disappointed with the service that I got from Bonitas. On the 02 Aug 2013 I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter with regards to them making an unauthorized debit order on my account. A consultant called me to say that she's looking into the problem and will call me back to give feedback on when I'll get my money back. Up to this day 08 Aug 2013 I haven't had any feedback from her or anyone from Bonitas. I have sent emails and I keep getting system generated replies and each with a different reference number and funniest of them all is the one I get every morning informing that my banking details have been updated! The reference numbers that I logged my initial issues are 020813Q6DKGN and 020813Q6DKRH. Can I please have my money back and can your consultants please stop promising customers that they will call back with feedback which they never come around to doing.
