Worst service EVER, PATHETIC!!!

My son was admitted to hospital with Nephrotic syndrome. On 25.04.2013 my doctor filled and faxed the Chronic medication form to Discovery which CLEARLY stated "48 hours for authorisation" I've been making several calls to the chronic department to find out why I still dont have the authorisation just to everytime get the same stupid answer: "we will escalate your querie to the relevant person and phone you back with feedback before end of business today" I'm DONE, FEDUP with this!!! My medical aid is paid every month so why should I have to wait for 2 weeks for an answer. I wouldn't expect for such a big branded medical aid company to treat such a serious illness with such little regard. Adrian Gore needs to wake up and shake up his company, they are dealing with peoples lives and clearly not doing a good job at it. I'm not intrested in one of the consultants phoning me back and just telling me they will escalate my querie!!!
