Firstly, my Mother was in ICU in February and was charged for medication during her stay, which is not covered by medical aid, I was told as it was requested from the Pharmacy, she had to pay??? She is a pensioner and struggles even to pay medical Aid, so when in hospital, she should be covered. I then queried this with Andiswa, who said she could not discuss with me and I should E Mail discovery (I ALWAYS query for my mother, she is 76 and frail) I e mailed on the 3 July the query together with the Billing from Linmed and received the response, I would hear in 3 working days, well it is now 7 working days and nothing. I have now just put the phone down on Nkolelo, who again refused to help, even though I told him my Mother was in Hospital again!! I then asked him to follow up on reference 2914463316 which is what Andiswa gave me, and he told me that I had queried a bill and all was in order, not true, again he refused to discuss with me, hence AGAIN I have to revert to this medium in order to get a response!!!
