Arrogant 'service' provide

I'm obligated to be on Discovery Medical aid as per my company policy. My medical aid is also not subsidised therefore I'm on the KeyCare plus option, we are 3 frm my family on the plan. This plan should be called an expensive hospital plan, nothing seems to be covered. When I called in recently to enquire why a xray of my knee was not paid from a casualties visit I was told that specific view of the knee is not covered by my MAid. Also the agent was very "kind" to remind me that as per my choice of plan many things aren't covered. Do they forget that its what some of us can afford. They refuse to pay an account also for casualties visit which is supposed to be covered and commented that it was the 4th visit after hours to a GP, however it is at a casualtys that is registered to a specific Dr's Practice number.By far this is the worst Medical Aid ever. They find loopholes everywhere not to pay our doctors bills.
