Pay Outs

Last year I under went for a knee operation at Sunninghill Clinic. My medical aid paid for most of my stuff but to my much surprise the package I was on I was not briefed about on how exactly it works. Anyways, I still have to this current date an outstanding bill with the Dr (Barrow) who operated on me. after sending my banking details to Discovery to pay me out what they were meant to in order for me to pay the bill, this still has not happened, and I have been threatened over and over again for not paying something that Discovery should have done last year already. According to them they had my incorrect banking details, but I have sent them the correct ones over and over again, but yet if there is another problem, nobody has picked up the phone to call me, so we could rectify this. I guess they happy as they have a few more cents in there pocket and someone else is being threatened legally. And how I was about to join Discovery again with my Family... second thoughts...
