Paying a fortune for no benefits

I am on a plan costing R4064 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
For the R48768.00 per annum I pay, I get 7k savings.
Every doctors visit, medication, even visit to the ER has come out of savings.
my daughter cut her head open, ran to ER, had it glued, paid out my pocket, not covered.
went to dentist, had fillings... not covered, out my pocket
Needed minor surgery done, circumcision and vasectomy, Bestmed authorised this under local anaesthetic. Are you mad???
I seem to be paying medical aid rates for a Hospital Plan...
I am fed up and want something to be done about it.
I would not advise anybody to use this company, they are proper rip offs.
