Fools who don't know their own product

I'm so devastated as my dream 30th birthday celebration in Germany might be shattered. I have spoken to almost 4 different fools of CAPAGO call center stating that i intend to visit GERMANY for my birthday after they replied to my query and called them the morning of my appointment day to confirm but was told to come through just to be convinced to change my destination to France. they even had a nerve to offer me a computer to make a hotel booking and a flight booking as if I didn't have internet connection. I fail to understand why they let me waste my money on something I don't want and they can't even give me a refund when they lured me with to deposit the money, now I have to find another money for appointment at the German embassy.
I guess they making millions by lying to people to pay the appointment money knowing there's no refund.
