Undispensed goods not refunded to medical aid

On 12th July received a script for Omez from Dr. Went to closest pharmacy and asked for 6 month perscription to be supplied as I am on contract in Botswana currently. Was supplied and when I opened the packet in the car, it was another generic but not Omez. Went back and he said it is a generic of Omez. I wanted Omez as I have been on others and this one suits me best (3 years). He said he had no stock so would credit the transction with the medical aid. Later that day, at Modimolle they said they could not do the script as it had not been credited. I thought it may take a day or so, so bought and paid for a few myself. Last weekend I asked someone going to SA to collect for me. At two pharmacies, same story, has been dispensed. Called and e mailed the above. Spoke this morning and NO APOLOGY... just tells me the good news is they reversed the script. GOOD NEWS. It should have been done on the 12th! Will also inform medical aid.
